Matt Foss is former owner of two companies, CEO of a PE backed business and Division 1 football captain, Matt understands the emotional and physical toll it takes to build something exceptional. He has experienced the highs and lows and thus many painful mistakes.  Matt justified employing colleagues who were underperforming for longer than I should have, wrestled with my beliefs to ensure we made the Q4 shareholder targets, and been frustrated with my team because “HE” was unable to communicate a clear vision to execute on. 

Matt knows that it doesn’t have to be this way. His mission is to show you that there is a better way to gain the traction you crave!

As a natural implementer, Matt has always brought people together in a way that puts the vision first. Once the vision is clear, forging a united team that prioritizes group success over individual acclaim is critical. To get traction, you must be able to have tough conversations with skill and grace because no one likes addressing complicated personnel problems.  Matt is here to drive you to accomplish the hard work because entering the danger zone is where the big gains happen.

Matt is a father of 3 (Gabby, Millie, Maddux) and married to his amazing and beautiful wife (Janelle) that put up with all of his sh*t.
