Len Perna is the Chairman and CEO of Turnkey Search. He founded the business in 1996 and oversees all aspects of Turnkey Search.  He has managed the successful completion of over 1,000 executive level searches.  He has held many previous leadership roles in his career including the SVP, Business Operations & General Counsel of the Dallas Stars, the Executive Director, General Sales Manager for Olympia Entertainment and Business Attorney ABC Cap Cities/ESPN.   His educational background includes the Sports Executive Training Program at New York University, an M.S.A. at Ohio University and a B.A., J.D. at University of Michigan/University of Michigan Law School.
