Lucra Partners with Parlor

Lucra and Parlor Let Players Build Their Own Games and Challenge Friends for Real Money

Real-money head-to-head and tournament play will be available on Parlor later this month

Lucra, the leading social competition platform, today announced a partnership with Parlor, the web platform where anyone can make a game with AI, bring their people, and play together. Through the integration, Lucra will power real-money head-to-head challenges and tournaments across Parlor’s library of player-created games, along with group play inside private Parlors, where permitted by law.

Parlor puts game creation in the hands of the people who play. Players use AI to build their own games, publish them to Parlor’s marketplace for others to discover, and invite friends into private Parlors to play together. Every game on the platform comes from its community, so the library grows every time someone has an idea worth playing.

Under the partnership, Lucra’s SDK wraps around that library, turning any game on Parlor into something players can compete in. Players will be able to upload a game they’ve created and instantly challenge friends head-to-head for real money by texting them a link, or host a game night with everyone’s scores updating on a live leaderboard. Planned group matches and tournaments will also let creators team up with their followers to take on other creators and their communities. Real-money head-to-head and tournament play launch first on web, with Lucra handling identity verification, payments, compliance, fraud prevention, and settlement out of the box.

The partnership also marks a new model for Lucra’s platform. Lucra’s mini-games already run inside partner apps across sports media, fintech, and digital platforms. Parlor brings that format together with Lucra’s core peer-to-peer and tournament products in a single web experience, where the games themselves are made by players rather than drawn from a fixed catalog.

“Parlor gives everyone the ability to make a game, and every new game on the platform is a new reason to compete,” said Dylan Robbins, CEO and Founder of Lucra. “Our job is to make that competition count: a friend to beat, a group match for the whole Parlor, a tournament worth winning. When someone builds a game in an afternoon and challenges their friends on it for real money that night, you have a loop that keeps growing on its own. That’s the kind of platform our infrastructure was built to power.”

“We built Parlor around a simple idea: make a game, bring your people, play together,” said Zhenya Oganian, Founder  of Parlor. “Our community is already making games for each other. Lucra gives every one of those games a way to settle who’s actually the best, with compliance and payments handled, so we can stay focused on making creation fast and fun for everyone.”

Real-money head-to-head and tournament play will be available on Parlor later this month. Players can start making and playing games today at prlr.gg.
