We’re excited to officially welcome PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, Connecticut, to the Boomerang Network! This iconic 16,000-seat venue has been a centerpiece of entertainment since 1975, hosting everything from Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL) games, to UConn men’s and women’s basketball, to major performances by legends like Elvis Presley and Taylor Swift.

Now, following a $145 million renovation and rebrand, PeoplesBank Arena is raising the bar for guest experience once again—this time with Lost & Found. By joining Boomerang, the arena is automating tedious workflows, increasing item return rates, and transforming one of the most stressful moments for fans—losing something valuable—into a customer service win.
