IC360 Brings ProhiBet®, ProhiBet Bad Actor, and Integrity Monitoring Tech to Ontario Gaming through Landmark OLG Agreement
Landmark agreement brings centralized prohibited-bettor technology, bad actor detection, and advanced integrity monitoring oversight to Canada's largest gaming market.
LAS VEGAS, NV [October 27, 2026] Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360), the global leader in sports betting integrity and regulatory compliance technology, today announced a landmark partnership with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). Under the agreement, OLG—the provincial Crown corporation responsible for commercial lottery, land-based gaming, and select online gaming offerings through OLG platforms in Ontario—will utilize IC360’s proprietary Integrity Monitoring dashboard, ProhiBet®, and Bad Actor technology.
As one of the government agencies responsible for delivering commercial gaming in Ontario, OLG is a leader in setting the benchmark for market integrity, consumer protection, and responsible gambling. By integrating IC360’s Integrity Monitoring platform—which aggregates global odds, anonymized wagering activity, and referee/official data feeds into a unified dashboard—OLG expands its ability to detect suspicious betting patterns and protect the province's sports betting market.
Additionally, OLG will utilize ProhiBet®—the sports industry standard for preventing prohibited betting by athletes, coaches, officials, and league administrators—as a centralized, province-wide list checker. The platform provides a secure, automated framework to cross-reference active patrons against prohibited bettor databases. Powered by a state-of-the-art, one-way cryptographic hashing architecture, ProhiBet® enables OLG to enforce wagering restrictions seamlessly while ensuring total user privacy and data security.
To further strengthen market safety, OLG is adopting IC360’s ProhiBet "Bad Actor" technology to combat threats, fraud, and harassment directed at athletes, coaches, referees, and sports organizations. Through this integration, OLG will enable Bad Actor alerts, allowing sports leagues, teams, and governing bodies to tag and upload offenders targeting their stakeholders—whether online or in person. The system immediately flags these individuals and alerts OLG to review and take action. Signify, the leading provider of social media protection to verify and detect bad actors, is collaborating with IC360 on this initiative.
“Maintaining the integrity of our PROLINE gaming platform is always paramount. IC360's robust monitoring and alert systems provide real-time feedback to ensure that our business and our players are protected additionally ProhiBet flags prohibited players, preventing them from wagering on our events,” said Greg Sindall, Sr Director Digital Sports Product and iSports Product, OLG. “OLG is committed to providing world-class gaming and entertainment experiences in a safe, secure and fair environment.”
“Partnering with OLG marks a monumental milestone as we expand our footprint across Ontario," said Ali Schempp, Chief Commercial Officer at IC360. "As the first government agency in the province to adopt our Bad Actor technology, OLG is proving itself as a true first mover—demonstrating how crown corporations can proactively protect sports participants and elevate market oversight. We are thrilled to welcome them into the ProhiBet and Bad Actor ecosystems.”
