IC360 Signs Comprehensive Integrity Monitoring Agreement with the Brazil Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA-MF)
Las Vegas, NV (April 28th, 2025) - Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360), a specialist in comprehensive integrity and compliance solutions for sports, sports betting, gaming, and iGaming, signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement (ACT) this Friday (4/25) with the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets of the Ministry of Finance (SPA-MF).
This five-year agreement with IC360 grants access to their specialized knowledge in identifying anomalous betting activity, thereby aiding in the detection and containment of efforts to manipulate outcomes; the scope of this agreement may be broadened to incorporate additional objectives.
IC360 will exchange information with SPA about the betting market and help qualify the Secretariat's teams. "Integrity entities such as IC360 play a fundamental role in supporting SPA's activities, especially in identifying signs of manipulation of results, in addition to the structured exchange of information. With this agreement, both SPA and its partner integrity agencies expand their monitoring and inspection capabilities, promoting greater security and transparency in the sector", assessed the Secretary of Prizes and Bets of the MF, Regis Dudena, reaffirming the Ministry's commitment to the integrity of the betting market and to protecting the Brazilian sports environment.
IC360's Co-CEO, Scott Sadin, considered it an honor to enter into the agreement with SPA to further enhance awareness and integrity monitoring capabilities in the Brazilian market. “The mission is to foster a culture of responsibility and provide a detection alert system for all stakeholders, to ensure that integrity is respected and sustainable for the Brazilian community,” he said.
The agreement does not provide for transfers of resources or payments from either party. The initiative’s focus is to strengthen the security of the entire system, protecting the betting market, sports, and society as a whole.
