Alison Bush Delgado

Managing Director, Strategic Development

Alison Bush Delgado joined SeventySix Capital in 2018 as Managing Director responsible for strategic development for the firm, including leading fundraising and investor relations. Alison joined SeventySix Capital with 27 years of experience in asset management. Throughout her career, Alison has consistently been a part of developing strategy and executing plans for the evolution and growth of institutional businesses for some of the largest and most well respected firms in the investment management industry. 

She was most recently Managing Director, Global Head of Consultant Relations for Neuberger Berman. While at Neuberger Berman she helped lead and execute the build out of the institutional distribution effort following the bankruptcy of the firm’s former parent company, Lehman Brothers. As part of the global build out, she spent two of her ten years at Neuberger Berman in the firm’s London office. Alison was also a member of two executive committees at Neuberger Berman - Operating Committee and Distribution Committee, as well as the Global Editorial Board. 

Prior to joining Neuberger Berman Alison was a Consultant at Callan Associates where she led the marketing and client service efforts for the firm’s investment management business and also was a part of the Institutional Consulting Group, responsible for providing a full range of consulting services to investment management clients. Alison joined Callan Associates from New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM). During her tenure at NYLIM she was selected to be a part of the small team to develop and implement the strategy to first establish, and then grow the firm’s institutional business, as well as the infrastructure to support clients. She was also the institutional business representative on NYLIM’s New Product committee, and was chosen by the president to be a part of a 6-member strategic infrastructure task force, reporting to NYLIM’s Executive Committee - created to develop a strategic vision for five areas of the organization.

Earlier in her career she was an Assistant Vice President, and Product Specialist for United Asset Management, and prior to that became a part of Bankers Trust Company’s Global Investment Management marketing team after relocating to New York City. Alison began her career as an analyst on the portfolio management team of the Lindner Funds in St. Louis, MO. Alison earned her Bachelors of Arts in economics from Eastern Illinois University.
